- Bag drop at cafe before ride. Pick up after laps
- 1 hour fast/hard laps
- 2 groups split by ability (fast and super fast ;)
- Advanced technique practise (chainganging etc)
- Return to cafe after laps for coffee and chat (optional)
Improve Your Speed, Fitness And Technique on Advanced Laps!
This session is aimed at advanced riders who are looking to increase their speed, group riding techniques and to and meet other cyclists. This is not one of regular 'no drop policy' rides - The pace will be high and some riders may not be able to keep up. Groups will form naturally, and we will regroup at the cafe at 8am for coffee. There will be 2 groups starting out at the cafe - one 'fast group' and one 'super fast' group.
These lap sessions are the perfect place for anyone who is looking to get fitter through cycling, improve cycling speed and to practise group riding techniques. We will practise chainganging, riding through and off and slipstreaming. It's also a great chance to meet other cyclists in London whilst improving your fitness and strength.
