Cycle In Regent's Park After Work With A Fun Group!
Cycling in Regent's Park before work is a dream for London Cyclists. Getting out for some post work laps, joining large groups of other riders spinning chatty laps is a great way to end the day. Everyone is welcome on social laps, we'll split into groups where we can so everyone can ride at their desired pace.
These lap sessions are the perfect place for all levels of cyclist to learn how to cycle in London and how to ride in a group. Using the safety of our group (strength in numbers) and the bike friendly nature of Regent's Park, this cycling session is perfect for anyone wanting to build their confidence and learn how to ride in a group.
It's a great chance to meet other people, chat all things cycling and build some miles. Typically we'll ride 4 to 5 laps at an average speed of 24-26kph. Again this is totally dependent on numbers, and we may be able to run slower or faster groups too. Whatever happens there will be a group for beginner riders.
