'Tapering laps' With Ride London Brunch!
Ride London is a brilliant sportive taking place on the 30th of July and our Ride London Training Series is the perfect way to train and prepare. This will be a series of weekend and mid week rides that will help build you up to riding 100 miles, as well as taking in some key parts of the course (the hills!).
The last of our Ride London Training Series is group 'tapering' laps around Richmond Park in a fun group. There will be multiple groups for different speeds, but the idea is that this is a leg spin and catch up session one week before Ride London.
This ride is open to all cyclists (you don't have to be entered into Ride London) and is perfect for anyone looking to increase their cycling fitness and confidence (especially up hills). This ride, plus brunch after, will be a great chance to chat about the event and catch up on any last minute preparations.
