Ride London's Cobbled Classic With All Things Ride!
The Tour of Flanders is the perfect cobbled classic (in our humble opinion anyway). The perfect mix of cobbles and climbs, it always produces excellent racing, so it's a must watch on TV (or roadside, if you happen to be in Flanders - see below for more info).
In order to celebrate 'The Ronde' we have teamed up with All Things Ride to bring you the 'London Cobbled Classic' - a fun, urban London group ride around the best cobbles and hills the capital has to offer. The ride will finish up at LMNH to watch the Tour of Flanders in London, complete with some classic Belgian beers & snacks.
Starting at Look Mum No Hands, this is a pretty unique ride that doesn't really leave central London - instead we'll loop around the city, hunting out the city's best cobbled sections and urban climbs. Whilst nothing compared to the terrain of Flanders, it's a good insight into what the pros go through, before watching the race at Flanders House.
There will be multiple groups for this ride (yellow and orange levels), with our standard no drop policy, so everyone is welcome. This is a no cafe stop ride so please bring all the water and energy snacks you need with you. If you don't want to take part in the ride in the morning, you can meet us at LMNH in the afternoon to watch the pro race.
