Join A Group Trail Run In Richmond Park With Pace Running LDN!
Pace Running LDN are a new running community and club based in South London. Trail running is the passion of Pace and coach Matt Harrison, so we're very pleased to be teaming up with them to get Dirty on the trails in and around London
Trail running is a great way to get fit and to shake up your road running regime. With a slightly different technique needed for off road running, learning how to trail run from a professional coach, like those from Pace Running LDN, is a great way to get starterd.
Richmond Park is a great spot to trail run in London and this training run is led by Pace's running coach Matt Harrison. Matt will be giving tips and training on how to run off road correctly, including some specific uphill and downhill training.
This run is aimed at beginner and more novice trail runners, or anyone looking to learn more about running off road. More experienced runners are of course always welcome as well. The atmosphere is really social and we'll grab coffee in the park afterwards.
