Mid week training is a great way to celebrate the middle of the week, and where better than cycling in Richmond Park. Great fun, relatively traffic free and one of the best ways ways to get better at cycling. Join a fun group and spin some laps whilst the sun comes up in Richmond Park.
This ride is open to members and non members and is the perfect way to meet the group, check the levels and spin some fun and social laps. There is a firm 'no drop policy' which means no one gets left behind. We will split into groups by speed/ability where numbers allow, and meet back at the cafe at the end.
This ride starts and ends in the park so there is no bag drop. Lights and a helmet are mandatory, but the rest is up to you. All bike types, kit choices and footwear are fine by us. You don't need to wear all the lycra and cycling shoes - gym kit and trainers are fine.
Once you're signed up (above) we'll email you more details around 24 hours before the ride. This will include what to bring, what to expect and how to cancel your spot if it turns out you can't make it (which is totally fine). If you have any extra questions you can always get in touch (below).
